Soon becoming cloudy with local breaks to 3-6/10 stratocumulus during the second half of the night. Cloud base 1000 ft at times early in the night, but rising later to 2000 to 4000 ft. Local mist and fog early becoming fairly general 500 to 1500 ft in the second part of the night.
