Claimed by Oblt Lothar Jarsch 4/NJG2 at a height of 3,900m. Crashed at 2020 and burst into flames on impact at Kapellen, Moers, N of Neuss, and was totally destroyed. No survivors. Brady’s body discovered on 27 Sep near Krefeld.

Crew initially buried at Kapellen Communal Cemetery and re-buried on 16 Oct 47 at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Kleve, grave 30.F.14
